Market wrap - 4:15

Just another normal Monday. Ramp up right from the bell, Dow as much as triple digit gains by 10:15, perhaps on an upgrade to Alcoca (AA). Healthcare stock were strong performers today, led by insurers, which should tell us something about the bill in Congress. Looking at the S&P, today was the 29th straight day, the index has traded between 1085 and 1115. Wow! Yet they tell us everything is better. Then why isn't the market breaking out above the 1115 level? Could it be, just maybe, the damn thing shouldn't be this inflated to begin with?
