The baanking & finance regulations which held the market in check since the 1930's, and were discarded in 2003 in favor of banks and brokerages must be reinstated. Banks made loans & mortgages and were responsible for them until paid in full. Thus the lender itself was the looser on a badly made loan. Lately loans were piecemealed, bundled and marketed on Wall St as a "seccurity"
It is obvious self-regulation doesn't work with these people.
